Zetra Tech started building websites in 2016 and ended up building the systems behind them. A limo operator did not need a prettier site, he needed to stop paying a monthly platform fee to take bookings. A medical testing lab did not need a brochure, it needed order intake through to result delivery in one place. Neither could justify enterprise software, and both deserved better than a spreadsheet.
500+ sites later, that is still the work. Today it also means 5 shipped products and 2 AI tools we run the agency on, for clients across 6 countries. We work remote-first throughout United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia.
Who you deal with
Zetra Tech began with a decision to build something of his own.
While pursuing his B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Noor started taking on client work from his college dorm room, working on projects between lectures and assignments. What began as a small venture was driven by a simple conviction: building something of his own was worth pursuing, even before he had finished his degree.
That was 10 years ago. Today, Noor is still at the centre of the work, from the first conversation and the initial scope to the architecture, the code, and the final delivery. That hands-on involvement has shaped Zetra Tech from the beginning. The people leading the work are the people who understand it, build it, and stand behind what gets delivered.
A decade later, that principle remains unchanged. Build with intent. Solve meaningful problems. And create technology built to last.

You own it
Everything we build is deployed on infrastructure you control, with no per-seat licence and no platform lock-in. If you stop working with us, you keep the system. That is not generosity, it is the only arrangement we would accept ourselves.
Fixed scope, quoted up front
No hourly meter and no mandatory retainer. You get a scope and a date before work begins, and if the scope changes we re-quote it openly rather than quietly billing the difference.
Specialism beats breadth
8 of the clients shown here are ground-transportation operators. We did not plan that, but having solved the same booking, dispatch and compliance problems that many times, we are simply faster and better at them than a generalist would be.
We run on what we sell
The agency itself runs on software we built: the client book, invoicing, renewals and pipeline. It is the only honest test of an AI claim, and it is why we can say what these systems actually do rather than what the brochure says.
