Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and, where we have not signed a separate agreement with you, the services Zetra Tech provides. Where a signed project agreement or statement of work exists, that document takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or reproduce substantial parts of its content as your own.

Quotes and scope

Prices quoted are for the scope described in the quote. If the scope changes during a project, we will re-quote the change and get your agreement before doing the work. We do not bill for scope changes you have not approved.

Ownership of what we build

On full payment, the custom code and assets we produce for your project belong to you, deployed on infrastructure you control. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and product code, and grant you the licence needed to use the delivered system. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Your responsibilities

• Providing content, access and feedback in reasonable time.
• Ensuring you have the rights to any material you give us to use.
• Keeping your own credentials and hosting secure after handover.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each quote. Work may be paused on materially overdue invoices. We do not require ongoing retainers, and support arrangements are optional and separately agreed.

Warranties and limits

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the site and services are provided without further warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party services

Delivered systems may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, email or AI model vendors. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and we will tell you which ones a project depends on before we build on them.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed to that point, and we hand over what has been produced. We do not hold delivered work hostage.
