What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, business name and message you provide, plus the IP address the submission came from. That is the whole of it. We do not operate a mailing list and we do not add you to a follow-up sequence.

In the course of delivering a project we will necessarily handle data belonging to your business. That is governed by the agreement covering the work, not by this policy.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up later.
• To detect and discard automated spam submissions.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party advertising pixels. Any analytics we use are configured to avoid collecting personally identifying information. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Where your data goes

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to hello@zetratech.com and stored in our own business systems, which we host and control. We do not route enquiries through third-party form services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to actual client work are retained for as long as legally and commercially necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. This includes rights under the UK and EU GDPR and under applicable US state privacy laws. To exercise any of them, email hello@zetratech.com. We will respond within one month.

International transfers

We work with clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Middle East, and our team is based in India. Handling an enquiry may therefore involve transferring your data internationally. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected wherever it is processed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we do not collect payment details or sensitive personal data through this website at all.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back if it matters to you.
