Remote-first, with a fixed scope and agreed checkpoints rather than standing calls. Our clients already span five countries and several time zones, so asynchronous delivery is how we normally work, not an accommodation.
What currency do you quote in?
CAD. Projects are quoted as a fixed scope before work begins. No hourly meter, no retainer requirement, and no per-seat licence afterwards.
